At Shivjeweler, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our high standards.
To maintain the exclusivity of our products and ensure the highest hygiene standards, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Return Policy

We offer a Limited Return/Replacement Policy only for items that are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong product has been delivered.

Due to the high value and personalized nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “personal preference” after the order has been processed.
2. Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your parcel. This serves as vital proof to expedite your replacement or refund process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or Personalized Jewelry: Any item specifically designed or engraved for you.

Earrings: Due to hygiene and health regulations, earrings are non-returnable.

Sale Items: All items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale.
4. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted:

The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

All original packaging, certificates (if any), and tags must be intact.

Any signs of wear, resizing, or alteration by a third-party jeweler will void the return policy.
5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund amount unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the production or shipping process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
